Check out the 2026 Islanders below:
Lorenzo
Age: 28
Job: Business Owner
From: Hertfordshire
Lorenzo said: "I think drama is fun! As long as no one is crying, all is fair in love and war. It'll be interesting to see what unfolds…"
Mica
Age: 21
Occupation: Student
From: Barbados (lives in London)
Mica said: "I do not want a really egotistical, cringey man. That's not my vibe at all. I can't have someone who's more into themselves then they are me. They need to be obsessed with me."
Robyn
Age: 21
Job: Quantity Surveyor and DJ
From: Liverpool
Robyn said: "Finding love is my only goal. There may be a little bit of drama but I'm going in there for myself so I've got to do what I've got to do. But I would like to think I'm a girl's girl and that I handle situations quite well. I've got a mature brain."
Sean
Age: 25
Job: Primary School Teacher
From: Galway
Sean said: "I'm here for love but also here for drama. I won't be getting involved in it, I might be mixing it!"
Ellie
Age: 24
Job: Real Estate Videographer
From: West Lothian
Ellie said: "I want to find love but if drama comes from that then so be it. I want love and I'm not going to not fight for it."
Samraj
Age: 25
Occupation: Model
From: Birmingham
Samraj said: "Best case scenario I'm walking out with someone I really connect with. My first girlfriend. But I don't mind a bit of drama, it's fun! As long as no one is getting hurt."
Sam
Age: 25
Job: Electrician
From: Dudley
Sam said: "I definitely want to find love. I've had a good year being single and dating, but I'm at a stage now where I want to settle down and find the love of my life."
Lola
Age: 28
Job: Detective
From: Kent
Lola said: "I'm not overly into drama to be fair, I'm such a chilled person. I do like watching it but I don't want to be a part of it. I'm really looking for love, I want a boyfriend again. I want to find someone who is actually the love of my life, like obsessed with me kind of thing. I think I'm missing someone who is obsessed with me!"
Angelista
Age: 24
Job: Nurse
From: Staffordshire
Angelista said: "Finding love is my goal. I'm not here for drama, I'm non-confrontational. It's entertaining to watch from the sidelines, I just don't want to be involved in it!"
Ope
Age: 27
Job: West-End Performer
From: Lincolnshire
Ope said: "I'm not here for the drama and I want to find love, however the drama could be funny. I love the 'watching with a telescope, ooh what's going on, sip the tea' kind of vibe. I'm not here for the drama…but I'm here for the drama."
Jasmine
Age: 27
Job: Fashion Business Owner
From: Dubai (lives in London)
Jasmine said: "Straight for the goal. Life's too short to play it safe, that's boring. You don't go on Love Island to play it safe."
Aidan
Age: 23
Occupation: Property Broker
From: Kent
Aidan said: "Finding love is definitely the goal. That said, I do enjoy a bit of drama. I probably wouldn't get fully involved but I'd definitely be listening, taking it in - maybe stirring the pot a little bit."
Yasmin
Age: 23
Location: Broadstairs, Kent
Occupation: Recruitment Consultant
Yasmin said: "I'm here for love but I know that drama is gonna come with it. I've been from relationship to relationship, so it's my time to get stuck in. I think it would be difficult to go for the same guy as a girl if we were like best friends in the Villa. That's what I'm worried about! Then again, if I like her man, I'm gonna have to go for it and have those conversations. It's a small Villa but I'm used to this because I come from a small town where everyone knows everyone!"
George
Age: 28
Job: Professional Footballer
From: Winchester
George said: "I don't think I'd make any rash decisions, I'd review options. You don't want to get too deep, too early on. I'm open to getting to know everyone but as weeks go by, figure it out. I play midfield so maybe I'd go for that. If someone walked in that was straight away my type obviously I'd jump at it."
Priya
Age: 25
Occupation: Business Development Manager
Location: Surrey
Priya said: "Obviously the main goal is to find love. I wouldn't say I'm here for the drama, however I definitely can't hide how I am feeling. If I think something, whether that be about someone else's drama or my own drama or if I feel a certain way, best believe that is getting known. I'm very opinionated but I'm not necessarily here for the drama."
Kavan
Age: 21
Occupation: Electrician
Location: Kent
Kavan said: "Finding love is definitely the goal. Obviously it's Love Island, so there's always going to be some drama but I'm quite a chilled person - I'll stay calm and collected."
Namibia
Age: 25
Job: Customer Service Officer
Location: Leeds
Namibia said: "Finding love. I haven't got time for drama. But if someone comes to me, I'll back myself. I won't start it, but I'll finish it."
Victoria
Age: 25
Job: Personal Assistant
Location: Manchester
Victoria said: "Finding love is definitely the goal. But if there's a little bit of drama along the way, ideally I'd stay on the sidelines. But if I need to get involved, I will."
Tommy
Age: 28
Job: Builder
Location: Newcastle
Tommy said: "Finding love is definitely the goal. Outside the villa, I meet a lot of girls through work, but I think I've got a bit of a mental block when it comes to relationships and committing properly. Being in the villa, where you can't really escape and you're fully immersed in it, could actually be the perfect environment for me."
Simba
Age: 24
Occupation: Neurological Rehabilitation Assistant
Location: Enfield
Simba said: "I'm definitely here for love. I've been single for a long time, it's been four years. I definitely want to settle down and find somebody. But with love, there's always going to be some drama. I'm not going to say I'm not here for it, because I feel like you've got to be open to the drama if you're looking for love, so a bit of both for sure! Bring it on."
Tina
Age: 25
Job: Shot Girl
Location: Newcastle
Tina said: "I'm here to find love. I'm really excited about that. I'm not really a drama girl, so I'm not going in there to cause drama or make a massive deal out of things. But if someone is disrespectful or nasty, I'm not just going to sit there and accept it. I'll have a proper conversation with them because stuff like that really irritates me."
Finley
Age: 23
Job: Builder
Location: Bridgend
Finley said: "Finding love comes with a lot of drama, especially in that environment when there's at least six other men trying to do the same thing, there becomes a lot of triangles! Drama will inevitably come with that."
Halle
Age: 23
Job: Dancer
Location: Cheshire
Halle said: "I'm not really a drama type of girl but I'll stand up for myself if I need to. I'll always stand up for what I think is right. As a bombshell, I'm bound to stir things up, but I'm definitely here to find love."
Chidi
Age: 27
Job: Civil Engineer
Location: Milton Keynes
Chidi said: "Sometimes I'm a bit too direct. If I'm talking to someone and it's obvious they're not feeling me, I'll just say, "Why are we still talking?" I'd rather end it there than drag things out and waste each other's time."
Charlene
Age: 27
Job: Content Creator
Location: Dublin
Charlene said: "Finding love is the goal but I think drama probably comes along with the nature of Casa Amor. It's gonna happen! I am a girl's girl, but I need to not think about the girls in the Villa because I haven't met them yet, this is my experience and my time. I need to go in with the blinkers on, and just think day 1 let's go and let's see what happens!"
Mara
Age: 25
Job: Nursery Manager
Location: Luton
Mara said: "I'm just going to be flirty and confident, and I am going to pull every single person for a chat. Even the ones that are locked off and saying "I love you". Even Sean, I will be pulling him for a chat and just going to see how it goes. I love flirting, so it's really easy for me to do it!"

Olivia
Age: 23
Job: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Doncaster
Olivia said: "I don't like the word competition, I feel like if the boy doesn't only want me then I'm taking myself out of the running and will find someone who is only for me."
Nevaeh
Age: 22
Job: Student Nurse
Location: Gloucester
Nevaeh said: "Finding love, obviously, is my main objective, and it's my only objective for being here. I'm not really here for the drama, but I do know that there's going to be drama, and it probably will involve me because I will be stepping on a few toes. But if that's what it takes to get the man, then I'm here for it!"
Julia
Age: 26
Job: Insurance Broker
Location: London
Julia said: "Finding love is my goal, but obviously with love and tension and all that comes with it, there's drama. So if that comes along the way, it is what it is."
Tommy
Age: 23
Job: Event Owner & Semi Professional Footballer
Location: Essex
Tommy said: "I'd say the goal is to find love, but if there's a bit of drama along the way, I won't mind. It's not always smooth sailing in Casa Amor, is it?"
Jordan
Age: 28
Job: Video Editor
Location: Surrey
Jordan said: "My type on paper would be, well it changes a lot! I'd say right now, brunette, tanned, and personality-wise, someone that's respectful and has a vibe about them. You know when someone just draws you in? That sort of thing."
Will
Age: 23
Occupation: Model
Location: Barnsley
Will said: "I think I'm just going to go in there and try and get into the groove straight away and be unapologetically me. At the same time, I'm aware that I'm coming in for Casa so I quite enjoy the thought of causing some chaos."
Carlos
Age: 22
Occupation: Tarmac Reinstatement
Location: New Forest
Carlos said: "I think I'll bring drama and chaos. I'm going to bring something the other boys don't have and show the lads how to treat a woman, I'm not afraid to step on any toes and cause some drama."
Aaron
Age: 26
Location: East London
Occupation: Basketball Player
Aaron said: "I'm going to go in there and chat to everyone but keep it to three girls, it's going to be hard to keep it down to three!"

Announcing the news on her Instagram page, she wrote: 'Some news! I won’t be hosting the next series of Love island. There are certain elements of the show I’ve found very difficult that cannot be changed some due to the format, including the flying back and forth to South Africa along with my new conflicting projects.
'I wish it was still possible but know you’ll be in safe hands. I was only planning to fill in for Caroline for a series and it turned into 3 series.
'I hope I did you proud Caroline ❤️'. (sic)

Why is Love Island not on TV on a Saturday?
Despite sitting down six nights of the week, Love Island doesn't air on a Saturday night, leaving viewers gutted. BUT NOW, in news that has left us shocked to core, 2017 winner Kem Cetinay has revealed the reason why.
Speaking on This Morning, Kem revealed the Islanders actually get a DAY OFF from filming, where they can leave the villa so the cleaners can go in.
Kem said: "They give you one day off. You get one day off per week. What happens is, it gives them a day to clean the villa, and you take your mics off, and normally we go to the beach."
As Holly Willoughby and former host Phillip Schofield appeared shocked, Kem added: "So what happens is, when you take your mic off, you are not allowed to talk about anything to do with the show, you have to talk about home life.
"You are being watched by the producers, because they don't want you to talk about what is going on. They are quite careful about what you talk about, because they want to keep it so everyone at home can see it."
