Tot Taken To Hospital After Falling On Glass At Park
An Ayrshire Mum says she won't take her daughter back to the park after she fell on glass and cut herself.
2 year old Ava Muir was playing on a roundabout at Castlehill Park in Ayr when the green glass got lodged in her hand.
She has to be taken to hospital to have the glass taken out.
Ava's mum Diane McDowell said: "It was pretty traumatizing because if we hadn't realised it was in there she could have been playing all day, it could have snapped. She might have had to go to Crosshouse and be put under and have it cut out. I felt sick. We definitely won't be back to that park."
South Ayrshire Council say they will clean up the broken glass.
