Third man in court after death of Girvan dad

A third man has appeared in court charged with the murder of Girvan dad John Kiltie.

A third man has appeared in court charged with the murder of Girvan dad John Kiltie.

27 year-old Adam Lundy is accused of killing the 44 year-old father of 4 on Friday morning.

He made no plea or declaration at Ayr Sheriff Court and was remanded in custody.

Two other men - 18 year-old Kern Allison from Maybole and 24 year-old Nicholas Goodwin from Ayr appeared yesterday also charged in connection with the death of the Ayrshire bus driver - they also made no plea or declaration and were held in custody.
