SPORT: Killie Make First Signing Of New Season

Kilmarnock have made their first signing of the new season this afternoon.

23 year old Scott Robinson has confirmed a move from Hearts to join his former boss Gary Locke.

Speaking of the news Scott said: “I am delighted to join Kilmarnock Football Club and I am looking forward to working with the Manager (Gary Locke) again. This is a new challenge for me and I am ready for it” Gary Locke added: “I am over the moon to have signed Scott. He is a tenacious player, great on the ball and makes good runs from the midfield.” Robinson signed for Hearts in 2008 having progressed through their youth set-up. A ball winning midfielder Scott made 114 appearances for the Edinburgh Club scoring four goals. Scott has appeared for Scotland at under 16, under 17 and under 19 level.
