Concerns grow for missing Beith man

He hasn't been seen since Monday

A search is underway for a man who has gone missing from Beith.

Allan Ewing was last seen around noon on Monday 23rd August near the cemetery on Kings Road.

Sergeant Gordon Young of Irvine Police Office said: “It is completely out of character for Allan to go missing and we are concerned for his wellbeing. Searches and enquiries are ongoing to trace him as soon as possible to ensure that he is safe and well.”

Description

The 52 year-old is described as white, 6ft 1ins in height. He is slim with shaved grey hair and has some teeth missing.

When he was last seen he was wearing a navy Chelsea Football Club jacket, grey shorts with a red stripe and white trainers. He wears black-rimmed glasses.
