UPDATE 11.30 Police Scotland has confirmed Helen has been found safe and well.
Police in Ayr are making an appeal for sightings as they search for a 43-year-old woman who's been reported missing from her home.
Helen Roper was last seen around 11.30pm on Saturday, 12 November, in Nelson Street in the town.
She is described as 5ft 2ins, and of medium build. When last seen she was wearing a black wig, a baseball cap, a black hoodie, black jeans and black trainers.
Welfare concerns
Inspector Paul Richmond said: “Concerns are growing for Helen’s welfare and I am asking anyone who has seen her or knows where she might be to get in touch.
“If you are out and about in the town please keep a look out for her and contact us if you see her."
