More than 30,000 people will descend on Ayr over the next two days as the Scottish Grand National Festival gets underway.

The main event on Saturday has already sold out, hotels within a 20 mile radius are fully booked and it's expected millions will be pumped into the local economy this weekend.

We are helping kick off the whole show - the first race on the card today is the West FM and West Sound Novices Hurdle.
