Kilwinning woman dies after motorbike crash
She has been named as Elizabeth Ewing from Kilwinning.
A 55 year-old woman has died following a road crash in Kilwinning on Thursday 19 July 2018.
She has been named as Elizabeth Ewing from Kilwinning.
Around 4.20pm on Thursday 19 July 2018, Mrs Ewing was riding her Harley Davidson Freewheeler trike on Byres Road, Kilwinning, when it left the road and collided with a tree.
Emergency services attended and she was taken by ambulance to Crosshouse Hospital in Kilmarnock where she died a short time later.
A full report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
