A thief who threatened to pour a kettle of water over a worker after being caught shoplifting in Kilmarnock has been jailed for 13 months.
Craig Schoular pushed the staff member, racially abused him, threw cutlery and made the threat at LIDL in the town in October.
The 34 year-old was jailed at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court after admitting completing only one month of an 18-month supervision order for the earlier offences.
