Killie's O'Hara faces weeks off with injury

Kilmarnock boss Gary Locke is bracing himself for bad news with Mark O'Hara potentially facing 10 weeks out of action.

The defender, who may need surgery after injuring his ankle in training last week, is definitely out of Saturday's William Hill Scottish Cup fixture at St Johnstone, while winger Tope Odadeyi is a doubt after a hamstring strain cut short his participation in last week's draw with Hearts.

Midfield duo Kallum Higginbotham (ankle) and Jamie Hamill (rib) both return but defender Lee McCulloch is suspended while skipper Mark Connolly (illness) and midfielder Scott Robinson (groin) join long-term absentee Chris Johnston (knee) on the sidelines.

Provisional squad: MacDonald, McHattie, Smith, Hamill, Higginbotham, McKenzie,Barbour, Findlay, Ashcroft, Carrick, Boyd, Slater, Obadeyi, Kiltie, Magennis, Hawkshaw, Splaine, Balatoni, Frizzell, McLean, Ridgers.
