Flags at Scottish Government buildings are flying at half-mast as a mark of respect for the victims.

First Minister Nicola Sturgeon chaired a further Government resilience meeting to discuss the response with Deputy First Minister John Swinney, Justice Secretary Michael Matheson and senior representatives from Police Scotland and the Crown Office.
