An Ayrshire woman is revealing how her now ex-husband's battle with heroin destroyed her family.
The woman, who has asked to remain anonymous, didn't know at first her husband was struggling with the substance.
But as he started to look disheveled, she knew something was wrong...
She is speaking as part of a series of stories from other family members in Ayrshire who have all been affected by someone else's addiction.
A support group with that name has been set up offering help exclusively for families of drug addicts.
