Amy Bannister posted on Facebook on Tuesday and her appeal to find the good samaritan - who she says helped save her dad life - has been shared more than 4 and a half thousand times.
Her Dad had pulled over on the grass verge of the M77 near Kilwinning after he started feeling unwell.
The man, who was thought to be driving a white van and named Stuart pulled over to help.
He called an ambulance and contacted family and if you think you know this kind stranger get in touch with us.
