The new Chair of BMA Scotland says the NHS in Scotland is "at a tipping point".

Dr Lewis Morrsion is speaking exclusively to us as he takes up the role today. He joins at a time when health boards are facing recruitment struggles and increasing demand for services.

He warns that urgent action is needed from the Scottish Government to ease the issues NHS Scotland faces.
