Couple killed in Mossblown crash named
An elderly couple who died in a road smash near Mossblown yesterday have been named by Police.
An elderly couple who died in a road smash near Mossblown yesterday have been named by Police as 80 year old Henry McBeath and 78 year-old Jessie McBeath from Sorn in Ayrshire.
The white Kia Venga they were travelling in collided head on with a Renault LGV truck on the B743 road around 3 o'clock yesterday.
The driver of the truck was uninjured but has been left badly shaken and Police are appealing for witnesses.
