Body found in search for missing Ayr woman
The family of Anne McNeillie who went missing yesterday have been informed
A body has been found in the search for a missing 58 year old woman from Ayr.
She was found at around 2.50pm on Monday June 17 in the water near Station Road, Ayr.
Formal identification is yet to take place but the family of Anne McNeillie who went missing from the town on Sunday morning have been informed.
Police do not believe there are any suspicious circumstances, and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal in due course.
