Appeal after teenager robbed on cycle path in East Ayrshire
He was threatened by two men.
There is an appeal for information after a teenager was threatened and robbed in East Ayrshire.
The 16 year-old was approached by two men on a cycle path between Kilmarnock and Knockintiber around 9.30pm on Friday 22nd January 2021.
The pair made off his his yellow Carrera mountain bike with black wheels.
Detective Constable Neville Wright-Turner of Ayrshire CID, said: "Thankfully there has been no injuries as a result of this robbery but the young man has been left evidently shaken.
"I would ask if anyone has any information surrounding this incident that they get in contact with officers.
"Police can be contacted by calling 101 and quoting incident number 3676 of Friday, 22 January, 2021."
