Just when all of the Honey G madness had started to calm down, fans of the show have slammed the aspiring rapper once more after her song choice for Saturday’s live show was revealed.

Honey G, real name Anne Georgette Gilford, teased her fans on Twitter with what she would be performing on Saturday’s ‘Disco’ themed week. She started giving fans clues in a short video posted on the official X Factor account.

She said, “This group were formed in 1958. They were born on the Isle of Man and later moved to Australia.”

With many guessing, bosses later confirmed the rapper would be taking on the Bee Gees classic ‘Stayin’ Alive’ and not everyone is happy about it.

Many angered fans took to Twitter to express their opinion:

Honey G yet again sailed through to the next live show last weekend after her performance of Kriss Kross’ ‘Jump’ received a standing ovation from all four judges.

With only six acts left in the popular singing competition, the race for the final is very much heating up.

The remaining acts will each take to the stage on Saturday 12th November to perform the following songs:

Honey G – ‘Stayin’ Alive’

Emily Middlemas – ‘Wishing On A Star’

Sam Lavery – ‘I Will Survive’

Ryan Lawrie – ‘Play That Funky Music’

Matt Terry – ‘Best Of My Love’

5 After Midnight – ‘Boogie Wonderland’

Will Honey G do the Bee Gees justice?

The X Factor continues to air at 8pm on Saturday 12th November.
