WATCH: Niall Horan gets asked some probing questions by James Corden
You might be surprised at the answers.
Niall Horan joined TV host James Corden along with other guests Isla Fisher and Ewan McGregor for a game of 'Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts'.
The game, similar to 'Truth or Dare', gives guests an option of answering a probing question or eating some repulsive food, which included a scorpion, a fish head and bird saliva.
Split into teams Niall and Isla were pitted agains James and Ewan with both members of the team having to eat a chosen item if one refused to answer the question.
First up was Niall who was asked who his least favourite member of One Direction is. Opting to 'Fill His Guts' rather than 'Spill His Guts' Niall and Isla had to take a big mouthful of a salmon smoothie, which resulted in the pair retching and even some smoothie in Isla's hair!
As the game progressed James was asked who he had turned down for Carpool Karaoke and Isla was asked if her husband Sacha Baron Cohen had ever stayed in character in bed. You can watch their hilarious responses to the questions they answered and how they reacted to the food they ate below.

In addition to taking part in the game Niall performed an acoustic version of his new single 'This Town' playing the guitar himself, much to his fans delight.
Despite eating some stomach-churning delicacies Niall tweeted after the show that he "Loved it".
