His film The Revenant leads the Oscar nominations with 12.
Everyone's saying it - this is Leo's year to take home the coveted Best Actor Oscar gong. It's the fifth time he's been nominated - and he's left the party empty handed on every other occasion.
He's picked up rave reviews for his performance as Hugh Glass in 'The Revenant' - a role which sees him spend time in the snow, icy water, sleeping in a horse and, as a vegatarian, eating raw bison liver!
Tom Hardy also stars in the film and has picked up a Best Supporting Actor nod, while the film itself leads the nomiantions with 12 - including Best Director and Best Picutre.
Jo Parkerson from our Entertainment Hub went to meet Leo just after they found out about the nominations - and it seems they were celebrating..
