Former Spice Girl Geri Horner (née Halliwell) popped in to talk about her new single, but we couldn't resist the chance to ask her about the possibility of a Spice Girls reunion.

Rumours of a Spice Girls reunion have been bubbling for the last couple of years with Mel B saying back in 2015 that she would like to get the girls together for the 20th anniversary of their debut single 'Wannabe'.

Talking to our Entertainment Team, when asked about a possible reunion, Geri said, "My door is always open."

Explaining she thinks that "music belongs to everyone, it belongs to the fans as much as it does to us".

Geri also confirmed she is definitely up for a reunion, and it doesn't matter whether it is the full line-up or not, "they the fans just want to hear the songs and reminisce".

Potentially good news for the thousands of Spice Girls fans, who last had the chance to see them nearly a decade ago!

Following the devastating fire in Grenfell Tower, West London, Geri has donated her time to feature on the charity single, a cover of Simon and Garfunkel's 1970 hit 'Bridge Over Troubled Water'. The song features over 60 artists including John Newman, Rita Ora, Dua Lipa, Ella Eyre, Liam Payne and many more.

As well as downloading the single, public can donate through the Artists for Grenfell website. All profits and donations will be given to the London Community Foundation to support those affected by the fire.

The music video for 'Bridge Over Troubled Water' will be premiered on TV later today just before Coronation Street on ITV.

Geri has also released her first solo single in 12 years. 'Angels in Chains' was written in loving memory of her late friend George Michael, who died last year. The singer is donating her profits from the sale of this single to one of George Michael’s favourite charities, Child Line.
