Justin Bieber is reportedly being sued for a massive $100,000 for smashing a fan's phone.

According to TMZ the Bieber fan, Robert Earl Morgan, is accusing the 'Sorry' singer of smashing up his phone as he filmed the 22-year-old during a game of beer pong.

The apparent incident took place in Cle nightclub in Texas, the same location where Bieber was spotted putting a cigarette out on rapper, Post Malone’s arm last month.

According to Robert, Justin was ‘clearly a novice' at the game spilling beer all over himself, so when he realised he was being filmed became angry at the situation.

Details which have emerged from the law suit claim that the sim card in Robert's phone has been destroyed, therefore losing all of his contacts and photos which included images from his grandma's 100th birthday and is seeking a massive $100,000 in damages.

The bombshell comes just days after Bieber came under fire by animal cruelty groups after he posted a snap next to a chained up tiger.

The singer, who is now showing off another new hair cut after recently shaved off his dreadlocks, is currently on his Purpose World Tour.

Bieber is set to arrive in the UK in October where he is playing dates around the country.
