Jeff Brazier shares heartbreaking tribute to Jade Goody on her 38th birthday

Jeff Brazier has shared a heartbreaking tribute to his ex-girlfriend Jade Goody on what would have been her 38th birthday. The TV presenter and author, who has sons Bobby and Freddie with Jade, took to Instagram on 5th June to share a series of photographs to commemorate the day.
Jeff, who was in a relationship with Jade for two years between 2002 and 2004, posted a photo of Jade with her two boys, a group shot of the celebration they had for her, a greyscale photo of Bobby and his friend Darren 'Tyson' White.
Jeff wrote, 'Today would have been Jade’s 38th Birthday so we had a small gathering and raised a glass in her memory. My heart aches for all of the love and affection the boys have had to go without in her absence and for all she missed of their childhood, those precious stolen moments deprived of a fiercely strong and proud Mother.
'My thanks to those that came along as well as those who couldn’t make it always showing the boys that they have many good people supporting their every step. It was also Bobbys 16th this week so we celebrated getting him there in one piece and all the promise his future holds.
'Lastly bless Fred for asking his Uncle Tys if he had been working under the bonnet of a few car’s today. Always making us laugh and @tysonplaymaker always educating us on the fashion front 🤷🏼♂️💥❤️🙌🏻.' sic
Jade rose to fame in 2002 after competing on the third series of Big Brother, eventually coming fourth that year, but she went on to compete again in Celebrity Big Brother in 2007, entering the house with boyfriend Jack Tweed and her mum Jackiey Budden.

Charlotte Crosby: 2013
Charlotte Crosby was the first Geordie Shore cast mate to enter Celebrity Big Brother and she set the bar very high.
Rylan Clark-Neal: 2013
Rylan Clark-Neal was an utter delight during his time in the Borehamwood Bungalow. He now presents Bit On The Side, which is an impressive career trajectory.
Gary Busey: 2014
Gary Busey's time on Celebrity Big Brother was...odd. Still, hats off. he won.

Somehow, Katie Hopkins was Katie Price's closest rival for the CBB crown. Thank goodness, the right Katie won. She's denied she's going into the house in 2018 which is a crying shame.

Scotty T: 2016
Scotty T was pitted against Gemma Collins, Megan McKenna, Stephanie Davis and Jeremy McConnell and came out triumphant. His finest hour? Possibly.
Stephen Bear 2016
Bear had an interesting time in the CBB house and a very rude time with Chloe Khan in the CBB toilet. He was up for every single eviction but beat them all and won the show.
Coleen Nolan: 2017
Coleen Nolan did TWO stints in the CBB house, first taking part in 2012. She beat Jedward and won this time around.
Sarah Harding: 2017
Sarah Harding enjoyed a relationship with Chad Johnson during their time in CBB. Alas, things didn't work in the outside world. The former Girls Aloud singer sadly passed away in 2021 after battling cancer.
Shane Jenek (Courtney Act): 2018
Shane Jenek AKA Courtney Act was the stand out star of winter 2018 Celebrity Big Brother, in part because they stood up to the bigoted remarks of house villain Anne Widdecombe.

Sadly, Jade was diagnosed with cervical cancer in the summer of 2008, and passed away on 22nd March 2009. The news of Jade's terminal diagnosis prompted a huge surge in cervical screenings for women aged 25-29.
