Emmerdale fans angered over 'disgraceful' dognapping storyline
Not all viewers were happy with the scene
Emmerdale viewers have been left angered over a new storyline on the soap which involves stealing a dog for money.
The controversial scene showed soap characters Charity Dingle and Ross Barton talk about their plans to steal a dog and called it 'operation snatch Wolfie'.
As the soap aired last night (Monday 26th September) furious viewers took to social media to express their disappointment at the show.
One user asked bosses if they were 'for real' before another called it 'disgraceful'.
Despite receiving complaints on social media, Emmerdale bosses are yet to comment on the controversial scene.
The popular soap continues to air weekdays.
