Eastenders actor Jake Wood rants on Twitter after being sacked from advert

Actor Jake Wood has taken to Twitter to reveal that he'll no longer be a voice in a US advert as they apparently sacked him over a pay dispute.
He was well known to voice the insurance adverts as the Geico Gecko - with a British Cockney accent - but revealed on Twitter he'd been sacked after 10 years with them.
But fans quickly reassured him that he's the real Geico gecko.

The actor is also well known for his role as Max Branning in the soap Eastenders.
