Workshop fire leads to exclusion zone

A 200m exclusion zone has been set up in Southampton.

Firefighters were called to a vehicle workshop in Old Redbridge Road at 06:40 GMT.

Crews from Redbridge, St Mary’s, Hightown, Fareham, Eastleigh, Beaulieu, Lyndhurst, Hamble, Fleet and Ringwood are on scene.

The building is "100% involved by fire", according to Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service with over 50 firefighters dealing with the blaze.

People living nearby are being advised to keep their doors and windows closed.
