Two charged after man's body found in stream on housing estate

Two men have been charged by police investigating the death of a man whose body was found in a stream in Havant.
Barry Cairns, 53, was discovered dead in the Hermitage Stream near Chalton Crescent in Leigh Park on Monday morning.
A 47-year-old man from Leigh Park and a 42-year-old man, of no fixed abode, have been charged with perverting the course of justice.
They were due to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary has set up an online portal for people to report information.
