Motorcyclist died 'doing what he loved'
The family of a motorcyclist who died in a crash last month in Winchester say he died doing what he loved
Jonathan Gates, 54, from Maple Drive, Kings Worthy, died at the scene of a crash involving a mauve Citroen C4 Grand Picasso on Morestead Road on 9 October.
Paying tribute to him, his family said: “Jon sadly passed away doing what he loved to do, riding bikes.
“A loving husband, a father, stepfather and grandad to two beautiful girls.
“He will be forever loved and forever missed".
The family has thanked the emergency services who are continuing to appeal for witnesses.
