Heavy delays as M27 closed in both directions
The motorway closure affected the areas around Port Solent and Fareham

One person has been seriously injured in a crash which caused long delays on the M27 between Portsmouth and Fareham.
The motorway was closed shortly before 10.00am on Tuesday following the collision on the eastbound carriageway near junction 12.
Two police officers dealing with the crash were then hit by another car.
A Hampshire Constabulary spokesperson said: "Four cars were involved and one person suffered serious injuries.
"While at the scene two officers, who were out of their vehicles, were involved in a collision with a further car.
"Their injuries are not believed to be serious.
"Those injured are being treated by paramedics."
The air ambulance was called to the scene.
