Fresh embarrassment for the Navy as HMS Queen Elizabeth catches fire
The Royal Navy's confirmed a "small, isolated" fire broke out onboard Portsmouth based HMS Queen Elizabeth
It happened while it was docked at Glenmallen in Scotland.
A spokesperson says it was "quickly brought under control and extinguished".
The aircraft carrier is travelling to Rosyth for some propeller shaft repairs.
It comes just weeks after HMS Queen Elizabeth was due to set sail from Portsmouth to help lead the western military alliance's biggest exercise since the Cold War.
