Over 20 firefighters have tackled a fire involving three outbuildings containing gas cylinders in Havant.
Crews were called to the back garden of a house in Woodlands Way at around 8.30am on Thursday.
People living nearby were urged to keep their windows and doors shut because of the thick black smoke.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service said animal rescue experts were called in to save pigeons in a nearby loft.
Several gas cylinders were removed from the affected buildings, with firefighters working to cool them down and make safe.
The building was destroyed in the blaze which was extinguished by firefighters in breathing apparatus using jets and hose reels.
The fire is believed to have been caused by a nearby bonfire spreading to the affected outbuildings and bushes.
