Emma Carpenter was staying with her family at her parents’ caravan in Rockley Park.

They woke up on Tuesday, August 22, to find that their blue Ford Touneo Custom van had been stolen.

The mother-of-seven has three children with disabilities who need the van to travel around.

Emma told Wave 105: "We're now housebound for the rest of the school holidays.

"It's really frustrating. Why would someone do this? We're now having to get taxis but many of them can't accommodate our needs."

"If anyone knows where the van is or what's happened we'd love to get it back".

Emma has shared her email for anyone who might know anything: emms75@live.co.uk

A spokesperson for Dorset Police said officers are carrying out enquiries.

“Dorset Police received a report at 9.10am on Tuesday 22 August 2023 of the theft of a van from Rockley Park in Napier Road, Poole. The theft occurred between 12.30am and 9am on the same day.”
