We're being warned of travel disruption and power cuts

Snow is falling across East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire with warnings that it could last for three days.

The Met Office has issued an amber warning across Northern Lincolnshire and a yellow alert across Hull and East Yorkshire.

Forecasters predict that frequent snow showers may lead to travel disruption and power cuts at times until 11.59pm on Wednesday night (February 10th).

Transport services such as buses and trains may be affected and there may be some icy patches on roads and footpaths which may cause injuries from slips and falls.
