Shooting Update: 24-Year-Old Released On Bail

He was wanted in connection with a shooting at McDonald's in Hull.

The 24-year-old man arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a shooting at McDonald's in Hull has been released on police bail.

He was wanted by police following the incident at St Andrew's Quay on Saturday 2nd January and handed himself in to officers at the weekend.

The 24-year-old was also arrested for possessing a controlled Class A drug and concealing, disguising, converting or transferring criminal property.

Along with suspicion of dangerous driving, but released unconditionally in respect of this matter.

Superintendent Darren Wildbore said:

“We would like to thank the public for all their help and support during the course of the investigation.”

Meanwhile, two other men - aged 28 and 22 - who were also arrested in connection with the shooting remain on police bail.
