Police are investigating two reports of spiking by injection in Hull.
Both happened over the weekend.
One's been confirmed, the other is still being assessed.
The force says both are being treated extremely seriously and is urging people to continue to remain vigilant.
Detective Chief Inspector Pete Thorp said: “We understand that hearing of incidents of this nature in this area can be concerning for the public".
They suggest everyone going out to pubs, clubs and bars need to watch out for signs which include anyone acting suspiciously.
Investigations into the matter are continuing.
