Man found with head injury in Hull thought to be life threatening

Humberside Police are trying to find out the circumstances surrounding the incident

A man in Hull has been found with a head injury which is thought to be life threatening.

Emergency services were called to the concern for the safety of a man on Paragon Street. He was found near to the junction of Chariot Street at around 10pm yesterday (Monday 26th December).

Humberside Police are appealing for information to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident.

The force said: "There is no wider risk to members of the public, and officers continue to patrol the area whilst carrying out enquiries and providing reassurance to the local community.

"We are looking to establish how the man came by his injuries and are asking for anyone who saw anything that could help with our enquiries to contact us on our non-emergency number 101, quoting log 454 of 26 December."
