Viking Investigates Women's Thoughts Ahead Of Election

It's after over 9 million women failed to vote in the last General Election, back in 2010.

It's just days till we head to the polls to pick who we want to rule the country.

But with over 9 million females failing to vote in the 2010 General Election, we've been finding out if women in Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire feel like they have a voice and want to use it.

We've been speaking to 23-year-old Joanne from Grimsby - a young mum who's currently unemployed and says she won't be voting.

And 24-year-old Charlotte, a teacher from Beverley, who will be heading to the polls and thinks it's important people have their say.
