Parents Of Pregnant Hull Woman Stuck In Nepal Speak Of Their Relief
Ele Walker Corriette - who is 6 months pregnant - is due to fly back to the UK later this week.
The parents of a Hull woman who's been caught up in the tragedy in Nepal are criticising the Government for not doing more to help fly Brits back home.
Authorities say they're 'overwhelmed' after Saturday's earthquake, which is known to have killed more than 3-thousand-700 people.
The first British aid's starting to arrive there - while the Disasters Emergency Committee has opened a special charity appeal this afternoon.
Ele Walker Coriette who is 6 months pregnant was in Kathmandu when the earthquake struck. She will soon be on her way home but her mum and dad, Phil and Marilyn Walker, say more should have been done to help people get back.
They are now urging people to do their bit to help with the crisis out there.
