Humberside Police are investigating the accosting of an 11-year old boy in Hessle.

The youngster from Hull was accosted by a man driving a black car on North Road in Hessle around 8pm last night (30 June 2016).
The boy was riding his scooter on the footpath when a man driving a black car with tinted windows pulled up alongside him.
The man is described as of mixed race appearance, in his 20s with a partially bald head.
The man shouted at the boy to ‘get in the car’. The boy sensibly did not respond to the man and rode quickly home.
