James Corden is invited to take part in cockpit karaoke
This could be out of this world.
The world can't get enough of Carpool Karaoke with James Corden so why not take it to the skies?
Air New Zealand have 'formally invited' comedian James Corden to take part in cockpit karaoke, a spin on his usual ground-based antics.
The video invitation was posted on the airline's official Facebook page saying, 'Hey James Corden, we’ve got a pitch for you (lol). From your pals in New Zealand.'
The video features scenic shots from their planes interspersed with short quotes such as,
'Hashtag views', 'Hashtag Lols' and '#CockpitKaraoke'
The video then ends asking the TV presenter to let them know if he's interested by various means including a 'message in a bottle' which they describe as 'such a lost art'.
At the time of writing James hasn't responded but we can only imagine the long list of celebrities who would be lining up for this fantastic idea - B.o.B. 'Airplanes' anyone?
James's Carpool Karaoke has been so popular over the past few years that it has attracted the likes of Adele, Justin Beiber and even the US First Lady Michelle Obama.
Air New Zealand are known for their fantastic flight safety videos starring celebrities such as Anna Faris and Rhys Darby.
