Welsh Ambulance workers on strike for second time in a month
Staff walking out include paramedics, technicians and call handlers
Staff at the Welsh Ambulance Service are on strike for the second time in a month in a row over pay and working conditions.
They include paramedics, call handlers, drivers and technicians who are members of the GMB union.
They'll only be responding to the most urgent 999 calls today and we're being urged to only call if its a life threatening emergency.
We're being told to call 111 for advice but that is expected to be busy through today.
Wales' Health Minister Eluned Morgan is expected to meet unions for talks tomorrow as the Welsh health service remains under pressure this winter with long waiting times and a shortage of beds.
Across Wales and England it's expected 25,000 workers will be taking part in the industrial action.
