I'm A Celebrity starts tonight.

For a second year running, the celebs are off to Gwyrch Castle in North Wales rather than Australia because of the pandemic.

Before entering camp, they'll have to take part in a challenge where they'll have to jump off a platform suspended off the edge of a quarry.

Among this year's batch of celebrities is Olympic diving champion Matty Lee, who revealed diving teammate Tom Daley's given him advice ahead of appearing on the show.

The 23-year-old won the men's 10-metre synchro gold in Tokyo, and will now face bush-tucker trials once the contest gets underway,

Matty says he was told to "not be nervous" and to enjoy the entire experience.

TV presenter Richard Madeley, French football legend David Ginola and Frankie Bridge are among the other famous faces taking part this year.
