Crunch day for the Swans!
Steve Cooper's side could take the club back into the Premier League with win at Wembley
We'll find out today if Swansea is to become a Premier League City!
Swansea City are in Wembley to face Brentford for the Championship final, after seeing off Barnsley in the semi-finals.
Its almost exactly 10 years to the club's last appearance in the fixture when Brendan Rodgers' side faced Reading in the same venue in 2011.
And if Swansea City head back to the top flight again we could see a sequel to Jack to a King.
It was made by YJB Films which is co-owned by Ed Thomas and Mal Pope.
Ed's currently working on a Steve Spielberg production in Germany..and will be watching the game in Berlin today.
He said:
"What Steve Cooper and his team have done this season along with the backroom staff and what they've achieved is truly awesome.
"I'll be watching it from Berlin on Zoom with my Dad whose in Bishopston and no doubt will be screaming and shouting at every pass and every goal."
But only around 4 thousand fans will be lucky enough to see today's action inside the stadium, while the rest will have to cheer Steve Cooper's side on from home or in the pub.
Swansea Council, the club and South Wales Police have asked fans to celebrate responsibly.
Swansea City chief executive Julian Winter said:
“Saturday has the potential to be a fantastic day for the city of Swansea.
“The local community have played a massive role in supporting the team from afar this season as well as helping to keep Covid-19 at bay in the local area.
“As a club we urge everyone to stay safe, be sensible, but above all enjoy what we all hope will be a great day.”
A Swans victory will be bitter-sweet for Wayne Routledge who's missing the trip
He was forced off during the second half of the second leg victory over Barnsley at the Liberty Stadium with a knee injury.
The Swans will be playing in a turquoise away kit when they take to the pitch at 3pm
