Second man charged with Lee Pettite murder
21 year old will appear in court today.
A second man has now been charged with the murder of Eston man Lee Pettite.
The 21 year old is appearing at Teesside Magistrates later this morning.
22 year old Lee died after suffering serious chest injuries near his home in March.
One man has already appeared in court in connection with his death.
