Northern Rail insists people can rely on their trains in the run up to Christmas
It's as they launch a new WhatsApp service
People attending Christmas parties across the North East are being encouraged to share quick-reference guides to ‘last trains home’ with their fellow partygoers.
Produced by Northern, the handy graphics highlight its last services from its hubs across the region, which are also useful for those heading into city and town centres for some last minute Christmas shopping.
Craig Harrop, regional director for Northern, said: “This is definitely one for the Christmas party WhatsApp group.
“It’s very easy to lose track of time and our hope is that with these quick-reference guides people can always have the essential ‘last train home’ information easily to hand.
"We're on Whatsapp too - so people can check live departure information with us there."
