Man stabbed multiple times, police on scene in Middlesbrough

Police were called to a report of an injured man on Linthorpe Road in Middlesbrough at around 6.30am this morning, Friday 12th January.

Officers arrived on the scene to find a 30-year-old man with several puncture wounds. He was taken to James Cook University Hospital. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

It is believed that the incident may have occurred at an address nearby on Portman Street.
