Man arrested in connection with Hartlepool assault
Police have arrested a 40-yr-old man in connection with a serious assault which took place at an address in Stephen Street Hartlepool at 3.20am on Wednesday.
A 24-year-old woman was found with serious neck injuries and is currently in a critical condition in hospital. Her injuries have been described as “life changing”.
