Man arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in Middlesbrough

A man has been arrested after a male was taken to hospital in Middlesbrough yesterday.
The 45-year-old male who was injured and treated at James Cook University Hospital before being released.
A 46-year-old man is in custody facing questioning.
Cleveland Police said:
"It is not currently believed there is any risk to the wider public and officers remain in the area conducting further enquiries - as well as offering a reassuring presence."
