Redcar Seafront Fire
Author: Micky WelchPublished 11th Oct 2022

Enquiries are underway after police were notified just before 7pm last night (Monday 10th October) that a covered seating area on Redcar seafront had been deliberately set on fire.

We are working with Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council to identify those responsible and we would ask anyone with information/dashcam or CCTV which could assist on-going enquiries to contact Cleveland Police on 101, quoting ref 182093.

If you don’t want to speak to police, information can be passed anonymously to independent charity Crimestoppers online at www.crimestoppers-uk.org or by phoning 0800 555 111.
