Hartlepool United - businessman pulls out of potential deal.

Hartlepool born businessman Chris Musgrave was ready to step in to try and save his home town club.

But after reviewing the finances and seeing their current plight he's pulled out of any deal.

As we know this month staff and players will be paid but the club remain for sale and without any investors it seems administration and possibly liquidation could be on the cards.

Last night the players were on the pitch away at Chester - it ended 1-1.
